Walkin' on a path I know, not far from home
I've been on this path before, I know where it goes
The familiar trees, the scent in the breeze, this world is what we know
Just walking alone, minding my own, til I picked up that stone
I held the stone in the palm of my hand, as it was starting to glow
With a blueish hue, it became unglued, perception explodes
The clouds came in, the lights grew dim, I slipped into the unknown
There seemed to be a lot more to see, when I picked up that stone...
To be is to be perceived, you hold the master key,
Is this reality? Or just what you believe,
The stone it may deceive, or it could set you free,
Is it all in your mind? There is no guarantee..
